Hello and welcome!

Over the last decade I have immersed myself in the design world, researching and exploring what is new and emerging to the Architectural and interior design industry. I create beautiful homes from a blank canvas or in compliment to an existing space, harnessing nearby materials and finishes as reminders of the environment they belong in.

My holistic approach to each project is reflected in carefully considered designs that are both timeless and tailored to your specific needs.

PICK THE PERFECT PLAN

Whether your project is a new build or a remodel, your architectural design set will include refined floor plans, elevations & details before construction begins.

OPTION 1

FLOOR PLAN DESIGN FOR HOUSE REMODELS AND ADDITIONS.

To begin, we will schedule a complimentary consultation on-site, carefully evaluate the existing space and take detailed measurements and photos to provide a foundation for recreating an accurate existing floor plan.

After the as-built floor plans are drawn, I will then design an assortment of preliminary floor plans and accompanying elevations.

These exploratory plans present considered designs, function and construction costs, helping the client determine what would best serve their needs.

OPTION 2

FLOOR PLAN DESIGN FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION RESIDENTIAL/MODULAR.

The floor plan design process for new construction begins with a concept floor plan or sketch. I will then edit, perfect and refine the preliminary floor plan, and compile a set that infuses a design that is both functional and unique.
